F.A.Q

Shipping:

• Within Australia - shipping is FREE and tracked.

• International - shipping is reduced by approximately $11 AUD and will need to be quoted based on location and method of shipping. Untracked shipping will be at buyers risk.

• EU and Northern Ireland - unfortunately due to the introduction of GPSR requirements, I am unable to ship to countries of the EU or Northern Ireland.

Warranty: Warranty on all pieces is 60 days from date of purchase.

Returns, Repairs, Replacement & Refunds:

• Returns: unless faulty, items will not be accepted for refund for change of mind, especially earrings.

• Repairs: Within Australia - if the item is defective due to my error, Tarot Resin will pay for postage both ways. If repair is due to other causes, buyer to pay postage both ways. International - please email me so we can discuss options available.

• Replacement: due to pieces are being unique and one of a kind I cannot replace exactly, but can replace like for like if the piece is found defective or can be proven that it was damaged in transit (photographic evidence will be required for me to claim).

• Refunds: refunds are not offered for change of mind, especially for earrings. A refund may be offered for items damaged in transit where a replacement is not required.

Payment: At present, only PayPal is accepted which you can chose to use either your credit card or bank account.
